Paper Preparation Guidelines
Authors must prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the IEEE conference paper format. Please follow the standard two-column IEEE template.

Important: Submitted manuscript must not contain the names of the authors (double-blind review process). File name should be concise yet meaningful, reflecting the title of the paper.
Detailed Guidelines: Submitting Papers through Microsoft CMT
- Step 1: Once your paper has been formatted according to the above guidelines and is ready for submission, you may upload it through Microsoft CMT. All submissions must be converted to PDF format. Please ensure that the file name is concise yet meaningful, reflecting the title of the paper. Additionally, the submitted manuscript must not contain the names of the authors.
- Step 2: Log on to Microsoft CMT using the link:
Enter your Microsoft CMT user id and password. If this is your first time using Microsoft CMT, you will need to set up an account.
- Step 3: Once you login, click on the "Create new Submission" tab in author console.
- Step 4: Fill in the submission form beginning with the paper's Title, Abstract, and the list of authors. Enter the complete details of all authors and ensure that one author is designated as the primary author by selecting the appropriate checkbox. After completing these details, upload the paper and choose the appropriate track for submission.
- Step 5: Carefully review all the information you have entered. If all the details are correct, proceed by clicking the "Submit" button to complete your submission.
- Step 6: Notice that you can always submit Newer Versions of your manuscript till the paper submission deadline.
- Step 7: All submitted papers will be screened for plagiarism using standard detection software. Only papers with a plagiarism level below 30% will be considered for the review process.
- Step 8: If you are submitting multiple papers, you only need to use one web account. Please use the same account (User name & Password) for any additional submissions.
- Step 9: If you need to edit any author information or resubmit your paper, it may be done up until the submission deadline. Please use the unique web account you used during initial submission, to edit or resubmit.
- Step 10: Email submissions will NOT be accepted.

Microsoft CMT service: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Submission Deadlines
- Paper Submission Deadline: 15th May 2026 (Extended: 30th May 2026)
- Notification of Acceptance: 25th July 2026
- Final Paper Submission: 25th August 2026
